The bolt diameter of 10mm does not match the drawing of 8mm.

For my application I needed the legs in the picture to be 8mm but it is a 10mm bolt. Obviously this doesn't matter to most people since the brackets match, but it's still so inaccurate that I had to go back in my case.

Do not use the supplied screws.

The supplied screw heads are easy to remove. 1" drywall screws work much better and fit well. Also, don't try to adjust the height with weight. This isn't a screwdriver. Over 3 inches of height adjustment.

Strong and strong. on furniture legs

I used them on the underside of the roller table to saw out the infeed table next to the wheels. As a result, the sturdy, stable table lifts the wheels off the ground when screwed on. It then moves up so that the table can be moved using roller wheels if necessary. Make sure your wheels extend past the highest point of these legs.

Pros
  • Easy to use

Good product but be smart with the application

I use mine for a fairly large portable workbench that comes with a table saw. I like their function but over time I think they will let me down. However, this may be due to the product I have chosen and my application. Because I move the table frequently, I have to constantly raise and lower my legs to turn the casters on and off, which are also on the base. These legs are great for installing once and forgetting about it, but I think for me the brackets just won't hold up. My only concern is…

The screws are rubbish but the mechanism works and the strut is solid

The screws that come with the kit are rubbish; I ripped two off during installation and had to bend and twist them. The fact that they broke up so easily is just pathetic. They also wouldn't screw into the wooden frame I was using them on, which meant I had to rush to Low to try and find some wood to screw them in and create some extra height. I made a point of never going to Lou's because the staff sucks, so I'm only giving one star for this brain-killing interaction. - I can't do the frame…

A solid block with an annoying (but not major) downside

The mount is strong. Stronger than I expected. It has great freedom of movement, so it's great for a mobile workbench, which I'll be pairing it with. From time to time I need to move it and adjust it to different heights, so I appreciate being able to do that here. I like that the second nut is also for locking. It also has a nicely structured lower leg that helps prevent slipping on the floor. Unfortunately, this also leads to my big problem. This bracket is adjustable by rotating the type of…
