Best small pump I've used

Lezyne pumps are always top notch (this is my second pump). Basically, a hose connection means you don't have to be very careful not to bend the valve stem while pumping. I only needed it a few times but it did the job when needed! Looks cool and high tech.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Flimsy

Stop looking and grab this one.

I loved this mini pump so much I bought two more! (yes, only 3). Small enough for any jersey pocket (even inexplicably smaller women's jerseys), very light indeed, but has a very positive closure to the flap. Yes, it's small, so you have a lot of pumps, but the pumps are still smaller than many analogues.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Small, light, looks and works well but poor build quality

+ I was pleasantly surprised at how light and small this pump was Inflating smooth Maxxis and Weirwolf MTB tires on mobile pressure. - The pump handle came loose on first use (in the attached picture where the silver meets the carbon shell near the "L" ) - The pump handle wobbles when pumping. Totally disappointed with it. Works well but I was expecting better quality control from Lezyne.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Could have gone for a newer model

Lezyne Lightweight - High Performance

The Lezyne Carbon performs flawlessly and lacks what most other pack pumps overwhelm. Mounting hardware is useless to me as I carry a backpack and you don't want to leave this gem to someone to 'borrow'. The connecting air hose is suitable for Presta and Schrader valves. (The ad says only Presta). The hose attaches securely and easily and might be the best part; It has a positive thread for fast, leak-free pumping and can get into hard-to-reach places. Nice to use.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Outdated

Very stiff over 70 PSI

This is a nice little pump but I find it almost impossible to run over 80 PSI. He worked reasonably well until about 65. As the pressure increased I found I could only pump a couple of times before I needed to rest. It took 40 pumps to increase the pressure in a 23mm tire from 55psi to 65psi. Sure, you can drive home with 65 PSI. Since I want to use it as an emergency reserve for inflating cylinders, it offers what I need. However, if you plan to rely on this as your main pump, consider a…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Poor manual

Great pump! Lightweight, compact and easy to use!

I received my LEZYNE Carbon Drive Lite hand pump last week. I did a moderate 50 mile bike ride over the weekend and my bike broke on the way back. This is my first experience with a small hand pump on a road bike. On a previous 80 mile trip I only had a couple of CO2 cartridges and both failed along with a blown hose. I had to shorten my trip. I was ready this time. I have read many reviews from other pumps and people having a hard time reaching the higher pressures of 90psi+. I have had no…
