Fookering Great! for my opinion

Blown away so far. First I want to address one thing I didn't like but over all i like the pedals enough that i didn't want to rate them four instead of five stars. The Con:These pedals come with excellent grip pins (grip wise, but not so excellent threading), I intended to remove them all before use in order to put on blue threadlock to keep them from coming out. Upon loosening the pins I realized most of the pins just spun in place and wouldn't come out. I believe it's due to the very small…

Decent starter platform for reasonable price

Note, these pedals are not being compared to high dollar aggressive super strong downhill and trail pedals. Different category. It's hard to talk too much about value. I spent as much money on a brake cable set for my kids bike (plus noodle) as I did for these pedals. If strapped for cash, ok, good value. But you can upgrade to something nicer for the cost of 2 Starbucks lattes. No fitment issues, spindle threads were clean and free of burrs or tears. I don't know if the color matched the pics…

Pros
  • Great bang for the buck
Cons
  • The bearings may wear out quickly

For 15 years I rode clipless exclusively, in all terrain. I love the way clipless lets me use my hamstrings to pull the pedals up with one led while I press the pedal down woith the other leg. Horsepower. Plus, I can pop my cleat out of a clipless pedal as fast as I can move my shoe off a flat pedal. So why change?I bought another mountain bike to train on in bed weather on the street. It came with excellent flat/spiked pedals, so I rode with those. Loved the flat platform. Really nice control…

Great Value! Sure grip. Can't complainin.

Great upgrade from cheap factory pedals. I've only been on one ride with these, about 14 miles on road/gravel/CC trail. I can't speak much to the durability as I don't have many miles, but the stock pedals were galling against the crank arms (tearing into the metal). The old pedals clicked at the bottom of the pedal stroke, but with the Fookers - it's dead quiet.I would not say these pedals are super lightweight, they're made of a dense polymer and feel like they could take a beating. Aluminum,

Best Pedals I've Ever Had

These are knock-off Race Face Chester pedals - but they're just as good and half the price.I had a pair of alloy pedals before this, because every set of (cheap) plastic pedals I'd experienced flexed terrible and broke easily. Those alloys lasted 10 years until I'd worn through all the paint and the metal nubs. They turned into slip'n slides.Given my previous experience, I was skeptical of plastic pedals, even if everyone and their Grandmother love their Chester's. Neither was I a fan of the…

FR922 model pedal -FOOKER

I'm going to give these the benefit of the doubt without riding these pedals over, over and over and say that they seem like they will serve my need well. I've always been a clippless MB rider and still will be but I wanted to try some grippy looking platform pedals for ease of just jumping on my bike and not having to change shoes and be clipped in. Maybe I will ride more for casual fun but for serious and technical riding I will likely be reverting back to my Shimano pedals. I ordered the off

Good pedals for a little less than real Chesters

So these are blatant knock offs of RaceFace Chesters. I bought them because they were about $20 less than the Chesters and had some good reviews from real mountain bikers on youtube. My last pair of pedals were the OneUp Composite pedals which I also really liked, however they had taken a beating over 3K miles and for $30 it I thought I'd try these rather than service the OneUp's.Overall these feel great and come with a few extra pins which is nice. They are grippy (paired with my Ride Concept…

Handles some rough riding

I bought these about a year ago when my stock ones broke after mountain biking. The extra grip provided by the screws is really helpful! These held up well but I wasn't sure how durable they were as I don't hit them that often. Recently I went on a trip to some more extreme trails and there were a lot of rock gardens. I actually hit these quite often and they took a beating! Other than the plastic getting very minor chips these held up excellent! I was impressed for the price and will buy these

Hard rock update good for me

So….I’ve an early hardrock that I bought as a back up bike and just kinda fun old school MTB. Let’s start with these are 100% knockoffs of the more expensive race face pedals. They’ve been on the old hardrock for over a month and about 50 miles on moderate to technical trails. My brother 6’3” about 220 smashed them off several rocks and roots this week, they’re showing no signs of failing. He’s ordering some for his specialized. They’re well worth the money for anyone who’s not bougie gear guy…

Pros
  • DURABLE:Rugged nylon fiber surface+high strength Cr-Mo spindle bike pedals, which has shock-proof, abrasion and corrosion resistance
Cons
  • The pedals may not offer as much support for the feet

Good flat pedals for recreational or MTB riding

I'm not a serious mountain-biker - I'm just a beginner recreational rider that spends most of my time on roads, but probably 25% of my time on dirt and gravel trails. About 12 years ago - when I was younger, weighed less, and in better shape - I had swapped my stock pedals out with SPD clipless pedals for the first time and I did OK on paved roads. But when I took up biking again 4 months ago after an 11-year hiatus, I found that I didn't feel comfortable anymore with those, especially off-road

Pros
  • Easy To Install:CR-L for left; CR-R for right. Sealed bearing bicycle pedals protect spindles from water and dust which will cause noise and other problems, let you enjoy cycling in raining or climbing
Cons
  • The nylon material may discolor over time

Better then Raceface Chester? Feels promising!

I just received my Fooker pedals and I am really impressed. I own both the Raceface Chester and now these. Comparably they are very similar from the outside. Main noticable difference is the distance the fooker pedals is from the base of the crank. Its about 2mm longer then the raceface. I dont know how the polymer will hold up as I haven't been on a trail with them yet. After disassembling both the raceface and these fooker pedals I have to give props to the Fooker. The Fooker pedal uses 3…

Pros
  • Lightweight
Cons
  • They may not offer as much clearance for mud and debris

Let's face it. It's a good product.

At this moment I'm well aware of the controversy with this product being a knockoff of the Race Face Chesters. At the time of my purchase I had no idea that any such controversy existed and I bought these with a clear conscience. As for the product, the pedals are great. They keep your foot planted and they seem of nice build and quality. They installed very easily with the spanning wrench or you could use a 6mm Allen wrench. The red color was nice, although it could have popped a little more…

Pros
  • The pedals are compatible with all types of BMX and mountain bikes that feature 9/16" threading
Cons
  • They may not be as durable in wet conditions

An Incredible Deal on Incredible Pedals.

These pedals are fantastic for the price. If you're still on factory nylon pedals with no grip pins, you will be looking for a word stronger than "glued" when you try these out.The bearings (this is the three bearing option, as none of the needle roller options fit my build) are smooth, but they can keep the pedal flat when your foot leaves, so you've got somewhere to come back to. That is a major upside for me.The install was very easy, they can be installed with a 15mm wrench or an 8mm Allen…

Pros

Cons
  • They may not have as much clearance as other pedals

Awesome upgrade to stock pedals

These pedals are an absolute steal for the money. With 3 bearings (and quality ones at that) there is almost zero resistance and the pedals will spin freely. Grips is also greatly enhanced when compared to stock pedals. I originally purchased a different set from another company in a different color and they were no where as smooth. Thankfully i returned those and got these. Super happy with my purchase.

Pros
  • Was disappointed to see the damaged package. Seems like it was used…
Cons
  • The nylon material may warp in extreme temperatures

Excellent pedal can't beat the price!

I bought these to try on the bike my son uses for bmx races. I've bought far more expensive pedals and these are so far after several races just as good as any other much higher costing pair we have used. My son is 9yrs old and these fit his size 3 shoe and foot just right. These are very lightweight and very good quality. These appear to be a knockoff version of a much higher priced brand (i won't mention who) however, the studs and materials laying side by side look, feel and weigh the exact…

Pros
  • Have another set on another bike and are very durable and comfortable for my wide foot
Cons
  • It’s a knock off. It works well but the bearings aren’t water proof.

Bought these and Raceface chesters at the same time

Bought these and Raceface chesters at the same time. I actually rode with one on each side for a short ride. I couldn't tell the difference. The chesters matched my fiances bike better so they are on there, the fookers are on mine.I did notice the resistance to spin the pedals is far greater on the raceface. Not sure if this is representative of quality or not.

Pros
  • Easy to maintain: The pedals are easy to clean and maintain, even after repeated use on muddy or dusty trails
Cons
  • The non-slip surface may be too aggressive for some riders

Value for the Price

These pedals work great for their price. The only thing that I don't like is that in the center spine of the pedal, there is a slight increase/bump in material that I can feel on my feet when I am pedaling. But this is something that I have gotten used to after some time with the pedals. So overall great value with adjustable foot pins and a great color selection.

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • They may not have enough surface area for some riders

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great Pedals for my opinion

These pedals are great. They are plastic so they wouldn’t discolor with scratches like metal pedals do. They are also super grippy and my feet do not slip off like they do with other pedals. I am very happy and plan to purchase other sets or other bikes I have.

Pros
  • Affordable
Cons
  • The pedals may not be as secure as others

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Insane amount of grip

Originally got these thinking my pedals had bent from jumping my bike. turned out my crank bolt had backed out. Installed them anyways and love them. Good quality for the price.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • They may not be as efficient as other pedals

Totally a knock off but a well made knock off

This is a knock off of a popular pedal but it is very good quality and a great option for a budget build. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Yep, they’re great pedals. Cheap and knockoffs, but thanks for saving me money!
Cons
  • They may not be able to withstand heavy impacts
