Life Saver fits MIG welders

Works damn well. I was concerned about how the aluminum spool gun would perform, but it's actually pretty easy to use and very efficient at acceleration and works with aluminum. You need to find a sweet spot for this gun as it either burns to the ground where the wire actually melts at the contact tip causing it to stick, but once you find balance it can roll out a dime. I wouldn't recommend if you're trying to use this on small sites. For small projects anything below 3/32 probably won't work…

The gun works between

, the car was @ a year old and when you pulled the trigger to weld it started pushing the wire until the wire arced and the motor stopped closing the wire push the wire back burned the tip and you would have to pull the wire with pliers. If it's not burned to the top of the stick, it's working again. The reason I think it was/is a motor in the portable is because you pull a little wiring, the motor runs again after a while does it run like warm again right? I had to leave an extra tip because I

Works very well easy to use

It connects to the new Lincoln Powermig 210MP which is already wired and has a simple rocker switch to switch to coil mode. Check out some videos on YouTube. Video before you buy it, there are some special operating rules that only apply to welding aluminum with a spool gun that you need to follow. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ACl_W976 SIMIG aluminum welding will not produce welds that look like welds made by an experienced TIG welder, but the welds WILL be strong and fully usable, even if…

Trash, duct tape holding mine together

Update: Biggest piece of junk I've ever seen off a Lincoln is for those who make plain aluminum from time to time. not for projects or for long term use like 3 hours. First the spool cap screw broke because it only caught 2 threads, then the inner spool nut failed to hold tension to prevent the spool from unwinding. Have continued to burn bits and found that the wire take-up wheel and tension wheel are misaligned. So the wire didn't sit in the groove made to pull it off the spool, now a…

That's cool. Easy connection

It's great. Easy connection. Works well. I have a Lincoln Pro MIG 180 Dual and it's plugged in, the switch flipped, hooked up to 100% Argon and ready to go. I am not a professional MIG welder. I am 65 years old and still learning. I've always wanted to weld aluminum and this gives me the chance to do it. This is slightly faster than a traditional weld. a few coils of wire. I am satisfied with the product. It came quickly, in great packaging and everything was included. Many Thanks. PS I did not
