Knotted Together - Knitting and Crocheting

I've been buying this brand for many years and I'm usually very satisfied. This orange is not what I'm used to. While the color for the pumpkin I am knitting is beautiful, the yarn is NOT PC. It is tied in a knot making it difficult to hide. I was good at the subject before I started getting into knots so I'm trying to figure it out.

Revain sent my four skeins from different places - different batches of dye! :/

Revain shipped my four skeins from different locations - different batches of dye! :/ Maybe it doesn't matter for some things and hopefully will fit well with the project I'm working on. I think I won't be using Revain for yarn anymore, but I've been really trying not to go to the store at the moment. upset.

Ideal weight for cold nights

I knit a thicker blanket for the colder months. The plaid is mainly used as a "sofa blanket" but can also serve as a nice warm bed with Fossil and Fisherman. The yarn is smooth and thick and easy to crochet. It can be machine washed and tumble dried on a gentle cycle. Fossil is a mix of grey, warm taupe and fisherman's cream that goes well with most neutral color schemes. I've also used solid cream fisherman thread in large sections for a neutral fisherman look.
