Best Harmony Model!

We bought this to replace the exact same one. We didn't find it in stores because it's no longer made. I shouldn't have been because it's the best thing ever done! We really liked the first one! You can control all the functions of your TV, cable box, DVD player and receiver/sound system with a single remote control! We've tried several other Harmony products and just couldn't compare them! This one has lasted us for almost 15 years, so I didn't mind the high price! I wish they would keepโ€ฆ

The battery life is terrible for what I bought from Revain.

I still can't believe Logitech has discontinued this remote, nothing else can compare. I absolutely LOVE this Harmony remote, this is my fourth remote. The first dog gnawed, the second husband knelt on the screen and the third ones are still working, but in the middle of the touchscreen there is an elbow print, also thanks to the husband. The screens are great, but the included battery might last a couple of days. My original (third) battery lasts weeks and I use my remote for everything.

Clean up your remote control clutter, this remote does it all

I bought this remote in December 2012 after 3 full years. Despite the discontinuation, it is actually a multi-remote control. You can store your TV remote controls, DVD/Blue Ray, streaming devices, etc. (Be sure to remove the battery from the remote that is not in use.) Pros: - Easy to program - Touch screen - User friendly (after programming) - Ability to turn devices on with one touch of the touch screen - Ability to turn devices off leave while others are turned on Cons: - Once programmedโ€ฆ

I've had mine since 2010 and it works just as well as the first day

I bought this remote control in November 2010. I'm writing this review not only because of the remote itself, which is ergonomic and easy to use, but also to commend Logitech for its maintainability. I had to replace the battery once in 10 years. The remote has been roughened up by two guys and is in excellent condition apart from a few scratches. Works as well as day one, the touchscreen and all buttons work and all the labeling on the buttons is just as legible as when the box was opened. Iโ€ฆ

Works well with some help

Worked great for a while - had some problems over time due to changes in TV/CoxBox/SoundSystem/AppleTV/etc. - still works quite well. The problem is usually minor and easily fixed with some quick workarounds that we've learned that don't take more than a few seconds. For example, if we press AppleTV and there is no sound - that's because the remote didn't select the correct setting for AppleTV on the Bose - the workaround is simple - we just press the device button on the remote - select theโ€ฆ

Ideal universal remote control

Ideal universal remote control. I've had my Harmony One for at least ten years now. Logitech got it absolutely right, but then the magic lost. When one of mine died, I was willing to pay the high price of a collector's item to get one for me and one for my son. One has a perfect ergonomic design, and each key has a unique shape and texture. You can do everything by touch. They've also improved the charging dock so the remote naturally falls into place, which wasn't the case with older designsโ€ฆ

Still works great

I've had this remote for a few years now and it still works great. It's not "forgetting" what to do. Programming was as simple as entering model numbers and choosing a setup method. I had to change a few buttons as there is no DVR button or LiveTV button. It took a few tries to get exactly what I wanted, but after tweaking it, it's been working ever since. I've changed a few things recently, moving the TV and adding another component, and changing this with the remote couldn't be easier. I'mโ€ฆ

WAS the best remote control. Don't waste your time, effort or money!

After 4 years, 3 Refr and 2 bloated batteries Logitech is absolutely gross to me. Instead of solving a single problem that is making all owners angry, Logitech simply switched to newer remotes, each of cheaper quality and higher price with limited functionality! Why not develop a battery that doesn't swell? The device is perfect! Without going into too much detail, they're all available here and online, just saying that it's designed for easy, tactile, one-handed operation. Now Logitech has the
