Best Contact Management Tool That Integrates With SF

I love how it integrates with Salesforce, which makes it even better! At this point the only thing I don't like about Luminjo (aside from some minor UI quirks), is how slow it can be at times. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but if you have a large contact base or a high volume of contacts, it could be an issue. If I had to pick one area where Luminjo could improve - it would probably be in the reporting side. Right now we are able to pull reports directly out of the system, but it would be…

Most reliable and easiest way to solve customer complaints

I love how simple it was for our team in order understand what we are doing wrong with customers (we have so many callers who don't know anything about their problem)I also want people from outside my area being able find us easily if they need help! The only thing i dislike sometimes when there's not enough information given by some users or problems can be hard solved even after trying several times without any success but this happens very rarely because most time everything works great as…

  • Great user interface including features that you really appreciate such customer service hotline/phone numbers integration,
  • Integration is fast & effective especially during peak hour periods where traffic becomes overwhelming due lack luster solutions offered earlier now all changed forever!!! Thanks Team GvH !)
