Skip them if you are an aggressive driver!

My 12 year old son has been wearing them for about 3 weeks and they have almost lost their grip. He's an aggressive racer, but six days of skiing at our local ski resort shouldn't have broken them. After two days of riding I could already see bare patches on the handles. Two more days and the part of the handle that rests on his thumb started peeling off on both sides. I'm sure they'll work for kids roaming their neighborhoods (or adults), but they won't work if you're roaming the streets and…

Pros
  • Includes two handlebar caps and a screwdriver. Suitable for bicycle handlebars with an outer diameter of 20-22mm.
Cons
  • Nothing here

The best way to fix handlebars

I was constantly fiddling with my bike, changing things. Among other things, I change the brakes and the gears. Before I bought them I usually ended up cutting off the old grips and buying new ones and then wrestling with them. On them I use the included hex wrench, loosen the set screws and they pop right out. Of course, this set has only existed for about a month, but I don't see any way that longer would make a difference. I also really like the "feel" of these grips. They're different than…

Pros
  • bar end caps are made of rubber, sponge and aluminum, durable and high quality.
Cons
  • Something else

Great grips for my new handlebars

I am upgrading some of the factory installed parts on my Trek Marin Hardtail. Installation was easy (using the Allen key provided). The comfort is just perfect for my taste, the horizontal and vertical design on the handlebars. will have to wait. But I'm not really an avid racer, I ride 80 miles a month mostly road racing and the occasional six foot jump. Please consider this as an option when upgrading your crank. It comes with end caps and they also give you an Allen key 😁 Thanks. They send…

Pros
  • Aluminum alloy double locking mechanism keeps the handlebars from coming loose.
Cons
  • Reliability

Great handles for $u can also be resized with a dremel or knife

OK Hope this helps someone so I have what is called a crank misalignment on my bike and 3 inches left so the handlebars weren't enough to grab it, they were torn so I looked at the grips. And they all seem to be too long, none of them gave details of what they were made of so hopefully this will help someone who needs longer handlebars to grip but doesn't need the full length if you look at the picture, I was able to cut and basically reshape one end to reduce the length by an inch and a half…

Pros
  • Thanks to the use of quality rubber, the handles are non-slip and pleasant to the touch.
Cons
  • Vulgarity
