Bought to replace an old camera from 2014. The picture quality is good but the mount is not optimal for the E46 325i. You need to screw it with a self-tapping screw and attach license plate lamps to the regular body. The picture is displayed perfectly on my new Pioneer DMH-2600NEX digital media player.

I bought this unit thinking it would fit easily in the e46 license plate light housing as it is advertised to do so. however NO. It took hot glue to attach it, and still the angle it's pointing at isn't perfect. Honestly I would have returned the product if I hadn't run the RCA wiring through the car. I do not recommend!
