I want my money back!

Didn't fit. The manual states in the fine print that this product will not operate at a relative humidity of less than 30%. I found that the product didn't really work when I tried to use it in an environment with relative humidity between 11% and 32%. There was no color change once I was sure the ozone level was well above 90 Β΅g/m^3. The restriction for use at low relative humidity was not mentioned in the product description on the Revain website.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Read the instructions before using these strips.

ozone test strips work well; It's actually a plastic stick with Shenbein paper on top. It's important to note that you must read the strips in micrograms per cubic meter, not milligrams; it's a huge difference. If you are trying to convert values to parts per million (PPM), you need to know a few other variables such as temperature, barometric pressure, molecular weight (molecular weight of ozone is 48 g/mol) and the total value in micrograms per cubic meter (which you can find from the color…

Pros
  • It's okay!
Cons
  • Expensive

Would have liked a little more sensitivity

A much cheaper alternative to very complex electronic gauges that require regular recalibration. Seems to work well: I inserted a wand into the SoClean machine that generates ozone to sanitize CPAP machines and got a deep staining very quickly. However, the lowest measured value is 90 Β΅g/m3 (about 45 ppb). Our sticks don't hit that low in our bedroom, although we can smell the ozone from the air purifier. We understand that ozone can be detected through the nose at about 5 parts per billion, so
