Arrived very quickly and as advertised. Took it to a muffler shop to have custom pipes welded to it, sounds great on my 4.6 F-150.

Magnaflow SIDO - Exhaust & Emissions

Big performance upgrade. Nice thin sound at idle and great at full load. The streamlined design of this muffler improves the vehicle's performance and sound.

Perfect F150 2007 emissions

This is exactly what I wanted from a muffler. I wanted a quieter sounding exhaust system for my truck. I can't stand a drone in the cockpit or loud exhaust systems on trucks. I think they sound sticky. This muffler has a great deep sound and once your revs are balanced you can't hear everything in the cab.

Doesn't give the expected deep exhaust rumble

This muffler is ok, I was really looking for a deep muscle car sound. I didn't get it, although it makes my truck smoother it also makes it quieter. Quiet but quiet, looking for a deeper rumble as the description said.

Pleasantly soft sound: spare parts

I recently bought an aging Flowmaster 40 series as a replacement, which I installed on my Dodge Ram. I heard they flowed better and had a smoother sound. Well I installed it and it met my expectations. It doesn't buzz like the Flowmaster and has a smoother sound. But when you're cruising down the freeway or passing a random Sunday driver, it sounds really nice. So if you want a nice sound that isn't uncomfortable and has a certain quality then go for it. Great performance but rusts easily

I installed this muffler in late summer 2012 and late winter/early spring (2013) I finished the exhaust. The muffler adds a darn quiet rumble at idle and roars as you move away from the line. Unlike the Flowmaster, Magnaflow's no-nonsense design gives you the complete package: insulating glass flow for performance, not like a 'tin can'. Yes, at 2000-2500 RPM you get a real drone, but you get better exhaust flow without the baffles that usually damage the drone. My ONLY complaint has to do with…

12268 Dueling Silencer Fits Muffler

I had a "Flowmaster" duel muffler that was very noisy and annoying between 1900 and 2100 rpm, which is about 80 km/h, which is the speed I normally drive. I swapped out the Flowmaster for this Magnaflow muffler and now it's nice to drive again, no rumble and I can have a decent conversation. FYI, this is for my Toyota X-Runner that I duel with. Mahalo.
