Perfect fit, better than hard caps. This cap magnet holds the cap very well. I had a solid cap and it was too heavy for the magnet. If I had to change anything I would increase the diameter by 1/8 inch as that is the exact diameter of the filler neck. So if you try to remove and grab the filler lip, it won't budge. I bought a similar cap along with the DEF cap and although the DEF cap is fine I lost the fuel cap pin. It had a bad magnet and didn't stick to anything. It has a magnet strong enough to hold it on the gas cap. Let him do that! Hopefully I won't be tempted to mount it on my truck's toolbox when I fill up! A good product. would recommend.

Purchased for 2015 Ram Ecodiesel. I do not recommend. Although the design of the product is good and it fits the fuel injector hole perfectly, the dimensions of the product have not been taken into account.
