The color is amazing! I love that you don't have to use wax like with most other chalk paints. This simplifies the process. I decorated our bedside tables. It took 3 coats but the original wood was dark. Priming is not required. Love it!

Recently found this type of crayon, all in one color. It is a pleasure to work with him and the result is outstanding! Highly recommended! Used in two colors. Just don't shake, mix the paint well and you won't have a problem. The photos shown are in progress. The finished product just got even better!

I was very happy to get this paint and start my project. This is my first time using chalk paint so I wanted it to be easy to work with, durable and beautiful. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this crème creme. I have painted old pieces of furniture and the color and finish is excellent. Much thinner than ASCP but the finished product gives the same results without waxing. Just adjust your brushes or technique and catch streaks sooner! Dries fast! I bought 2 other colors and a second container of cream, I love this color so much! I tried this paint and I really liked it. No sanding or prep or waxing is required to successfully use this product. It practically doesn't smell, so I just put the clothes on and started painting right where the furniture was. I wiped everything down with a damp paper towel to remove dust and started painting. I have been a professional artist for 30 years. This is my favorite furniture color. I use a commercial zep degreaser (I use a mask) for prep (that's ALL!) and for varnishing. I painted my cabinets another very expensive paint 5 years ago and it's peeling so I found this brand and thought it sounded too good to be true, but it's WAY better than any mineral/chalk paint out there needs to be waxed on top.
