After I put it to the test, this caulk crumbled and cracked within a few days. It was difficult to apply and didn't adhere well.

We used it on our new tub for two weeks and then noticed water pooling under the seal. The material tears easily and then opens pores that absorb water. It was a real mess and definitely not something we would recommend in wet areas. It took me an hour to remove all the putty and now I'm going to replace it with something more permanent and waterproof. I should also note that this gasket is not flexible.
