Reasonable expectations

I just couldn't pay double for the stainless steel version so I bought it and powder coated it. Should be fine for my use in mainly freshwater.

Trolling made easy with ball joints.

These are great for connecting my trolling motor to my main outboard. With these ball joints and the stainless steel threaded rod I can steer the boat from the front.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Minor issues

3/8 x 24 Stainless Steel Threaded Rod cut to length

Good product, used previously with good results 1 end with sleeve and works great. Attention! The C-clamp is not stainless steel, it is prone to corrosion and may fall off. Then you can lose the holder and the spring.

Steering with a kicker is very simple.

My main motor and kicker motor are about 3 feet apart so I ordered them to make my own "custom" steering wheel. I welded a fine thread screw to each end of a rod I bought at a hardware store, bent it a bit, and then just screwed these ball joints onto the ends. Works great and was very easy. Remember these things have intricate carvings!

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • A few little things

Fantastic quality of the very best shock absorbers, struts and suspension

They are MUCH stronger than I thought they would be. I used them to build some quick couplers for an SUV and was initially skeptical that they would withstand the stress from the stabilizer bar. I'm shocked they've been around for a few weeks and haven't bent or anything. The springs are weak, but this is not critical. Overall a great quality product for the price.

  • An absolute legend
