Exactly what I was looking for. My dog is 2 year old terrier mix almost 30 lbs and was so happy with it. Enough space to move around and get comfortable. We will be traveling in 4 days and I will let you know how it was.

This is the cutest carrier. so many great features and my dog seems to love it. I don't see how this could fit under an airplane seat and would love to hear how people have done this. It's 12 inches tall, most planes under the seat are about 8.5 inches from what I've read. Help?

We bought it as an emergency backpack for camping. However, once we planted it in our home, our cat adopted it as her own guard house. She either curled up on the front of the lid or stretched into it. This worked great as a 'security blanket' for her throughout our trip. I haven't used them as a carrier yet. We have two small dogs and I love this carrier. We don't like having hair all over our truck so we put our pug in and she fits in well. She weighs 18 pounds and is probably the largest animal that can fit in her. Our Yorkie is 8 pounds and fits a lot better, but our pug can lie down comfortably too.
