Description of Max Burton 6010 Induction Heat Proof

Interface disk enables non-induction cookware to be used on induction surfaces. Designed for use with any portable or built-in induction cooktop. Durable stainless-steel construction evenly distributes heat. Heat-proof handle ensures a secure, comfortable grip. Measures 8 x 15 x 0.5 inches. Heat transfer rate could be reduced when using non-induction rated cookware that has larger diameters, thicker base sections, and large volumes of liquids and solids. Heat transfer sound and yellowing of disk can occur for this product from normal usage.
