I really like this hitch. I bought a short bed from Tacoma in 2018 and needed something to help me transport firewood. I placed 4 sheets of pressure treated plywood, (16) pressure treated 2x6x8 boards, and (2) pressure treated 2x6x16 boards on this rack. The 8 foot boards didn't reach the extension, but the plywood and 16 foot foot boards supported them. Overall this is a good device that should last for many years. Unfortunately mine was defective. Both L-Brackets could easily slide into one side of the T-Frame, but neither could slide into the other side of the T-Frame without quickly clamping and then were difficult to remove.
