My analysis of this product showed that it did not live up to its advertised features. While it did provide decent grip on loose terrain, it struggled on harder or wet surfaces. Additionally, the tire's weight made it difficult to maintain speed on flat terrain. As a dedicated cyclist, I invest in quality equipment to enhance my Sports and Outdoors experience, and unfortunately, this tire fell short.

Minions are fitted to 3 of my bikes, my enduro, my 29er and my fat bike, for me they offer the best grip on this hard packed Sun Cal trails I swap everyday light weight against safer driving and better traction.

Great upgrade when combined with FBR. Get rid of the stock tires that come with your fat bike, but when it's time to replace them, you can't go wrong with Maxxis Minions!
