    BEST wheel locks

These are the best wheel locks. McGard has always existed. Actually, the company is very close to my house. The locks are very strong, stay chrome plated and will not rot after years of use in our harsh buffalo winters.

Easy to change, better than standard BS grommets.

Excellent product compared to the stock cleats, highly recommended replacement, in the event of a flat tire the stock cleats are cheap and easy to remove, McGard products are made here in the United States. It's worth it.

Wrong size fits tires and wheels

It's good that they make these locks but the problem is they don't fit Cadillac xts. Maybe I ordered the wrong ones, but all of this year's Cadillacs were supposed to be the same as the boat's drawing, and they didn't work at all on this map, were completely discarded when working on the client's car.

The finish/quality feels superb. it looks like .

The build and build quality appear to be excellent. it looks like it should linger for a while. They are a little less black than most "black" nuts (slightly more lustrous/reddish gray color) but still look very good and will last without chipping/wearing off the finish.

    • Consistent test results

    • So-so

    Good value for money

We have just bought a new car and of course we need to fit wheel locks. The dealer offered the locks for an extra $100. I didn't go. I just bought it and installed it in a few minutes. I first went to the manufacturer's website to find the correct part number and then went back and bought it from Revain. The Revain website warned that the parts did not fit my car. I ignored this false warning as I already got the part number that fits my car from the manufacturer's website.

    Always good stuff from McGard

I've used McGard locknuts on the last few cars. It's the best you can get and I won't get any less. You can't go wrong unless you order the wrong part number. When I lived in Detroit, these nuts saved my bikes from being stolen multiple times. I woke up twice to see almost all the cars on the block were on blocks and they were all missing wheels, I'm not kidding at all, an absolutely stunning sight, stolen for scrap or resale when they were really good wheels. However, my car is intact, fully…

McGard is proudly made in the USA

I have used McGard and I have used the Chinese brand that is sold in most auto parts stores. There is a distinct difference in the finish quality of McGard locks. They are a bit more expensive although I found a great price on Amazon. Great for car. The only downside I was aware of before ordering is that the wrench uses a different nose size than the nuts on my wife's Kia. McGard advertises that their wrenches use the same nose size as the nut. It may fit in most cases but not for our car. Or…

The original quality seems to be very good

I have purchased several sets of McGard wheel locks for my various cars after several cars in my area had their wheels and tires stolen. The locks appear to be made of high quality chrome; I have previously purchased a couple of Dorman brand wheel locks from Advanced Auto Parts but they rusted after a few months. When I removed the rusty nuts the chrome was a very thin layer that was peeling off. These locks appear to be of a much higher quality and the website says they have a 3 layer chrome…

Via OEM and no shoulder Chevy Malibu 2016 225/55 R17

The OEM nuts on my Malibu are very deep because they are countersunk and I bought a different locking nut that was too shallow than my local auto parts (Dorman 711-321). They are deep enough to hook the wheel in (tested with a grease fitting in the wheel to make sure the nut is touching it). The locknuts are 70 grams versus 59 grams for the OEM nuts, I hope that's not a problem. Also, the locknuts stick out a bit from the wheel compared to the OEM, but since they're all countersunk it's not too

    Pros
    • This is amazing
    Cons
    • Not everything fits
