🪑 MEETWARM 4" Wooden Furniture Legs - Square Tapered Pyramid Design, Ideal for Sofas, Couches, Armchairs, Ottomans, TV Tables, Nightstands - Set of 4 (Dark Brown) Review

I used these legs to increase the height of a small table. I had to sand the finish to match the stain on the original legs. It would have been easier to order a kit with plain raw legs. The legs attach very easily and the table is flat and stable. I pre-drilled all the holes for the table's threaded rod and for all the screws.

They were a little 'harder' to install than usual. By that I mean that the process of screwing it into the existing slots that came with the original sofa wasn't as smooth as a regular nut and bolt replacement. This may be due to the original couch slots, not this product. The daybed came from Wayfair. I did NOT use all the parts (new anchors and screws) that came with this product, just replaced the legs one by one.

The thread pitch was so different from the original legs that they would not screw in. It was a bummer, so I had to get creative with the editing. They came with brackets, but I had to line them up where the legs wanted to end, drill a hole to allow the extra length of screw to fit the couch, then use a drill to keep the bracket centered and screw it in. Apply these steps 4 times and in about 10 minutes you'll be done. Not everyone has this skill and tools, so I don't recommend it to everyone.

When we placed it on our sofa we flipped it over the bolted legs. We made sure everything was tight and removed the bent screws, but the same thing happened over and over again until the threads came loose. Luckily we were able to modify them and buy more bolts that are 20 times stronger. It was an additional $20. The actual piece of wood was really nice. I cannot recommend these legs. When our sofa started to sag, I pulled back the fabric at the bottom and fixed the springs. It was very easy, I just put the springs back into the struts and then secured them in place so they would never come out. For about $5, I saved us from spending $1,000, so I figured the sofa deserved another little boost. I looked online for real wood legs that came with all hardware (no separate purchase required) and wouldn't break the bank.
