Men'S & Women'S UV Protection Arm Sleeves For Cycling, Driving, Golfing & Running - SHINYMOD Review

Item was great for cooling in the heat. Comfortable and lightweight. Packaging could use a change. Each pair was in a bag and then all three were in another bag. It seems wasteful and harmful for the environment. If packaging could reduce the amount of bags it would be amazing.

Bought the SHINYMOD UV Protection Arm Sleeves recently. It was a package of 3 (Blue, White, Neon). The claim is UV protection and Cooling. Bought in early spring, so don't really know about the UV protection yet. Will know more in mid summer. First colors. The neon and white are as pictured. The blue is not. I expected a bright blue. It is actually a dark navy. At first I thought it was black, the one color I want to avoid. One does not wear black and expect a cooling effect. So colors are ok…

Sleeves work just fine. Only issue is that they snag on absolutely everything. Low price still makes them worth purchasing.

These sleeves are the best I have found. They block the sun, wash easily and keep their shape unlike another popular brand I tried. Also, they stay in place on your arm and don't crawl down with the movement of your arm.I recommended these to all of my golfing friends.

I bought this on September 11, 2019 and finally used them 06 06 2020. I have a part time job during the Texas summer weekends. They don't feel to thin or low quality. They stay dry all day . something I didn't expect. I think I will hand wash them in cold water and mild liquid soap and dry on a hanger in front of a fan. For me this product is worth the money and good protection against the sun. I'm not sure it would work if you're a bulked up weightlifter. If there's any problems I will update.

I ordered a cheaper knockoff brand of sleeves some weeks ago. They were cool and breezy, but unbearably tight on my upper arm. I tried stretching them, but to no avail. They ripped down the sleeve in pantyhose-style, and they were still far too tight. I gave them to my Bonus Mom and sister-in-law-to-be. They wear them comfortably. These are really great. I got them to keep my arms a little warmer under T-shirts. and they do the trick nicely. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they smelled terrible when opening the packages they came in. They all had to be washed and air dried to get rid of the funky chemical odor.

I wore these sleeves the other day and no sunburn! They’re very cool to wear and wick away perspiration very well. There is no seam that will unravel which is a plus. One size does fit ‘all’. You get two sleeves which is an excellent value for the price. I liked them so much I bought another pair with the thumb hole to cover the backs of my hands. They’re very well made, won’t stretch out, and wash up nicely.

The fit is great, the sleeves stay up during strenuous exercise and sweating in the hot sun, and while i wouldn't consider them "cooling", they are not as hot as wearing a long-sleeved UV shirt. I'm not sure how well they protect me from the sun except judging from less tanning while wearing them. After the first time, I realized I needed to pull them up pretty close to my armpits in order for them to stay up for the 3-4 hours of exercise. I handwash and line-dry them, and they have retained…

They are fantastic. I totally wanted something to basically cover just my left arm since i drive a truck for work. My left arm always sits in the sun. However after the first day they went from white to frayed and dirty. Not sure how long they will last.
