It would be a great weapon if it fired constantly. It's not like this.

This gun would be perfect except that it doesn't constantly eject the plastic disk every 5-6 shots. During a misfire, you get a clip with no washer underneath. Next time you may or may not get the disc depending on whether you hit the nose correctly. I really like this gun and would give it 5 stars if it shoots correctly 95% of the time, but every 5-6 times it gets too difficult.

Pros
  • TOOL-LESS DEPTH ADJUSTMENT: Depth adjustment for sinking or pressing into various materials
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Good value for money

I have another pneumatic skeleton hammer, Paslode, but I haven't used it in years, it works, I didn't know where it got it there is a workshop and what the repair would cost and I urgently needed a pneumatic hammer. For less than half the price I paid for Paslode I bought this metabo for my deck restoration project and it worked great. I am so obsessed with this hammer I could tear down and rebuild my old shabby barn just to use this new tool. Or maybe not.

Pros
  • SELECTIVE ADVENTURE: Allows you to quickly switch between sequential and contact nailing at the touch of a button
Cons
  • Secret

Lightweight and easy to use

This is the third nailer I've bought and probably the best yet. I used to hammer nails with muscle power when I was younger, but after I bought my first nailer I saw the light and never looked back. This one is lighter than my old one due to the aluminum construction. My old nailer used to let the nail stand a bit proud, but this one has enough power to sink the nail. I like the ease of loading and the ability to use it as a single or impact shot without having to change the trigger. It is…

Very Strong Nailer Highly Recommended

When I was building the shed I was advised to use a frame nailer to speed up the process. After much deliberation and reviews, I chose this one mainly because of the affordability and the good reviews it already had. I tested very sensitive to the nails used. This Hitachi I got with a companion that includes 1000 2.5" zinc plated frame nails and I have 2 strips left after the barn is done and it didn't glue once. With a 90psi setting on your compressor, this guy drives nails perfectly flush…

Good product!

This nail gun exceeded our expectations. My son is renovating my house and mentioned buying a Hitachi nailer (now from Metabo) at the recommendation of his contractor friends who still use it every day. He told me he was familiar with this particular nail gun because he had used it before but couldn't remember the model number. Minimal research on my part quickly established the nail gun's durability and its effectiveness is unquestionable, as evidenced by the many awards it has received…
