Great product for the price. Some reviews seem less than complementary but believe it has to do with the size of the saw motor compared to the product. What the ad doesn't mention is that it works best with 10" saws with at least a 1.5 HP motor. With enough power and enough mandrel length, it does the job perfectly.

UPDATE: I bought the Oshlun for a comparable price. Check out the attached image for an actual comparison of the abbreviations. MIBRO serrated cuts don't even come close to similarly priced counterparts. As many others have commented, it produces absolutely no clean or flat cuts. The chart they use to make the flat bottom claim appears to have been borrowed from a competitor.

I assembled the stack according to the instructions. I agree with other reviewers, the blades don't jam, so getting them put together correctly isn't as easy as it should be. Dado's necklines were uneven at the bottom. Both outer corners were deeper than the inner area. I'll go back for a replacement, see if the problem goes away. I liked the case it came in. Very durable and easy to care for.

I don't usually read reviews but in this case I read some negative and positive. Not sure if I would use a dado blade again I decided to save my money and use this blade at a lower price. Impressed to say the least I would say ignore the bad reviews. In my humble opinion, those who write reviews do not have enough experience with this tool. And here is what I found in this case. Following the instructions in the letter, I carved several 11/16 datos 72" long with no problems.

I made a few cuts to check quality and I had a lot of tears and very uneven "flats". I believe my set was actually used as most of the print on the metal has also come off. After reading some of these negative reviews I was a little apprehensive about purchasing this set. But for half the price of famous dado kits I decided it was worth a try and I'm glad I did.
