It's a dangerous "flexible" product, especially for a person in a wheelchair and a microwave on the counter. The bowl is hot as they say. definitely not for kids. This is the fifth popper I have bought. I bought one for myself and the other four went to family members who are delighted. It's easy to use and makes the best popcorn. I can warn you that it's best not to put butter in your popcorn when making it. It's better to spread the oil after it pops out.

When I ordered it I thought it was pure silicone. Received it, it failed the pinch test. It appears to have padding and is not 100% silicone. I ordered the Colonel Popper which is 100% silicone.
