Not installed yet but these are solid switches, very crisp action. As long as the back of your panel is closed, the end caps in the front should do their job. I will update the review when they are installed in my custom center console.

Very good price for what you get. I used one for the switch that controls the fuel pump switching on my diesel truck, while kneeling it over and over as I got out of the truck and turned the pump on. You stopped this problem.

I needed an SPST switch small enough to deliver 12VDC from my robot's main power switch to the robot's motor control module. This switch worked and I installed it next to the main power switch. I love the feel of the momentary switch action when flipping the toggle switch.

They're meant to be durable. I only needed two. Glad they sent six. The first fell apart before I could fit it into the dashboard. It fell apart completely, all connections fell off. The next two screws for connecting the cable to the switch are stripped. I'm 66 and can barely get a screw in so I don't think I overtightened the screw.

Poor quality. 2 out of 6 switches were broken out of the box. All covers are bent. Two broken ones refused inside. See photos. I haven't even tried other switches that seemed to have a connection. I'm giving them 2 stars simply because I was able to use the rubber switch cap in my current project. So it wasn't a total waste. But I would avoid if you need all 6 switches.

Good switches for less than a store shelf. The connector post and screws are heavy duty and that was one of my concerns when I looked at them. My only issue was the aluminum plate that said "on/off" when the aluminum is so thin that the alignment tab in each switch broke. Not a big deal as the mother secured it too and it still aligns and works as it should. To be honest even a 10am switch would have done the same thing.

Better quality than your local auto parts store. The one I bought locally was rubbish when taken out of the box. You have a strong bond with them. Updated 3/23/19. When I started installing the switches, the screws were not tight. I thought no big deal. It came with 5.3 switches, I was able to find one later that would pull up. They are of good quality but I received 3 of the 5; 1 or both sides of the switches have not been tightened. I even added a small washer to keep them from sinking to the

I bought these specifically for use on outdoor farming equipment. Especially the old tractor that lives outside. Completely open to the elements. The watertight seal seems good enough. We'll have to see how well it stands the test of time. Counters are decent hearty. Better than the cheap ones I bought at the parts store (which weren't that cheap on the whole).
