Looking for a portable cage for traveling with our medium sized (45 lbs) Portuguese Water Dog we decided to try this Midwestern product which has been a huge hit with foldable metal cages. This model arrived quickly, but during the very first indoor test setup, one of the zippers used to assemble the fabric structure broke in a corner, an obvious stress point. Ideal for traveling and at home

I bought a Canine Camper 25x18x21 about a month ago to use when we travel by car. This is the perfect size for my 12lb 9 year old. mini dachshund. This protects her and prevents her from jumping into the car. I also have a cinnamon fleece liner (a good choice for a red mini Doxy) for padding (not supplied with Camper). I didn't notice the strong smell that others have described. It was only when I got very close to the camper (with my nose on) that I could detect a faint odor. I assume this…

Works well but breaks easily

We bought this box (48 x 31 x 35) through Revain.com about 3 years ago and again 1 year ago (you would think that anyone actually walked away with it?) and each of them had their rods broken or bent in just a year. This problem is easily "fixed" by clamping PVC pipes in the corners to support the roof and I haven't had any complaints since. If the bars were less brittle. , that would be almost perfect as the cage holds the hair and fits very nicely in the back of our Suburban. Having two black…
