A useful and well-rounded device. Expensive. But in terms of the opportunity / price ratio right now, there is simply no credible option on the market. It would be ideal if USB existed. 4 stars, if only for his absence.

    Pros
    • 1. This is Mikrotik, which has a flexible configuration and all of RouterOS's features. 2. You can configure work and traffic routing to suit ANY desire. 3. Custom PoE ports (all). 4. With 1GB of RAM and the simply insane speed of work, any fantasy is achievable. 5. IPSec hardware acceleration enables you to build a powerful VPN server on your own. 6. Wi-Fi transmitters with high output power on both bands, great range, and reliable connections.
    Cons
    • 1. The lack of a USB port, either in the form of a connector or even as board-mounted pins. Given the technical specifications of the gadget, the absence of USB (which prevents the connection of either a printer or a backup LTE modem) is a clear error on the part of the designers. 2. The device heats up strongly even when there is no load. It is warm even at this air temperature since I have it installed in a street shield where +10 is maintained (to prevent condensation). In contrast, a full load on a Mikrotik RB2022 in the same shield did not cause any heating. 3. The cost is the primary drawback.

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

bought for use at home. I set up an uninterruptible power supply with network wire protection in case there were issues with the power supply at the router and NAS's input.

    Pros
    • high-performance, stable technology. Wi-Fi connects smartphones, laptops, and smart home appliances. By wire, I have a NAS, home theater, TV, PC, set-top box, and 10 ethernet ports; now, 9 of them are in use (it's odd that other manufacturers don't release products with comparable specs, thus there are no competition). Everything is excellent. I was hesitant to purchase because I thought I would have to fiddle with the settings. In actuality, everything worked out to be fairly easy; I simply configured the admin panel and wifi passwords and entered the username and password for the Rostelecom provider. On a single, condensed screen. Everything accelerated. RouterOS is fantastic. The shipment contains a variety of useless books and other items, but nothing extra. The equipment is priceless.

No complaints, I recommend to buy.

Couldn't get 5GHz faster than 300/350, the 2022 Airport Express is 500/600. Both I and people with microtek certificates set up. In general, I returned the old router, this one sold.

The right product for me, there were no problems.

A simple and intuitive configuration interface, who does not like consoles, can be configured with the mouse through WinBox. Good router for advanced users/small offices.

    Pros
    • WiFi 5Ghz was fixed, it works flawlessly on firmware 6.45.9 lts, the air speed corresponds to the declared one, powerful transmitters break through 2 reinforced concrete walls. Ability to build graphs by ports/queues, data is stored locally
    Cons
    • The SFP+ port does not support passive dac cables. eth1-eth5 and eth6-eth10 groups of ports are connected to different switches, the maximum total speed between ports of different groups is 2.5 Gbit/s

I'm very happy with the product, it's very satisfying.

This company is taken by those who know about it or want to learn something. Pros: Everything can be customized as much as possible. There is dual band wifi. 8 gigabit ports. Metal case, used as a heatsink. With its cons: It gets a little warm, but that's okay too. Put the fan from usb and norms. Dusty right? )

Bought, installed, configured. Everything is fine, I liked everything until the problems started. The temperature is high and sometimes it happens to him that it does not suit me at all. He freezes. Yes, it hangs so much that it’s not winbox, it’s impossible to get through to it. And in appearance, the lights are on and everything seems to be fine. You have to reboot it through the power supply. Once and it didn't work. Turned off for three hours, and then only he came to life. I put a USB fan…

    Pros
    • 10 Gigabit ports plus SFP. Good WiFi. Lots of different settings. Packets are processed quickly.
    Cons
    • Houses love heat and therefore it is very hot. The temperature shows 45-48C. No USB port.

Terrible product, not happy with the purchase!

There has never been a problem of this nature with the 2022 and 951 series routers that have been put into service. I also just recently bought a 4011 router with wifi capability for work. I tested it for a week on three computers and did not notice any issues with the device. According to the logs, everything is okay. However, when we connected seven computers to it, I started to notice messages in the logs regarding interfaces being turned on and off. The WiFi is reliable, and the coverage is

    Pros
    • I purchased it locally, and in general it has decent functionality, is simple to set up, and is suitable for the coverage area and connection speed.
    Cons
    • Interface issues, including frequent switching on and off. I made an effort to bring the firmware up to stable, but the beta status has remained the same. Because I believed there was an issue with the patch cables, I decided to change them; nonetheless, the situation did not improve in any manner. And temperatures between 45 and 46 degrees are still considered warm; the body is overheated.

Exactly as promised by the manufacturer, high quality.

After having a good relationship with Keenetic Ultra for a number of years, I made the decision to buy this device. Since I live in an apartment complex, there is a whole menagerie of different kinds of WiFi equipment circulating around the space around me. My keenetik stopped being able to cope at some point, as evidenced by the frequent dumps and Wifi plugs it was producing. When it first started happening, I blamed the weariness of the router; however, after moving it to a country residence,

    Pros
    • dependable, powerful, and functional, as well as quick. Quad core processor (1.4GHz) RAM for the hardware IPsec: 1 gigabyte 512 megabytes of ROM 10 gigabit ports SFP+ port 10 gigabits per second PoE on port 10 WiFi standards include dual band 2.4GHz with support for MIMO 2x2 and 5GHz MIMO 4x4 Built with the Linux RouterOS

One of the clients rode with me to the apartment. I tried my best to persuade him that a more straightforward microta would be better for an apartment, but I was unsuccessful. The signal is broadcasting itself throughout the entire floor! Even when subjected to the most demanding tasks, the CPU load hardly rarely exceeds 3 percent! Despite this, it is a microt that is more suited for a typical office rather than an apartment, despite the fact that it does not have enough ports for an office…

    Pros
    • This is a high-quality micro! Extremely potent central processing unit! WiFi is so powerful that it can even penetrate walls.
    Cons
    • Price

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

The temperature of the device while it is functioning properly is approximately 46 degrees. function without instability of both of the WiFi modules on the most recent versions of RouterOS. The quality that is typical of MikroTik products. Installed, configured, and then ignored after initial setup. The most essential step is to update to the most recent version of RouterOS as quickly as possible in order to patch any potential security holes (as nothing is flawless). Take a risk if you want…

    Pros
    • operation of MikroTik vendor equipment that does not experience failures. The level of execution. The capacity to connect an SFP module, the operation of which can then be offloaded to another component of the device. Integrated IPSec hardware encryption module, which not only protects data but also keeps the processor from becoming overloaded.
    Cons
    • Because I was aware of what I was taking and why I was taking it, I do not consider them to be illegal.

Bought four of them to use at the workplace. GRE + Ipsec, OSPF, VLAN, and CapsMAN tunnels are up and running; this router is lightning fast. Unfortunately, the only way to keep one instance running reliably is to auto-reboot it every day, while the other two need to be rebooted once a week. Only the fourth one is reliably operational (all the others use the identical configurations). No more purchases for me! Take a 2022 or 3011 that has Wi-Fi connectivity if you want to save money. I plan to…

    Pros
    • In this price range, the performance characteristics of a good, powerful, fast Wi-Fi router like the Mikrotik CCR are nearly unbelievable.
    Cons
    • Unreliable regardless of firmware. There are currently three of the four pieces I bought using 6.46.4 Hangs.

Bad product, not worth the money.

Today 06/13/2022 When it comes to residential use, spending a lot of money on a router is not a good investment. Purchasing a house is not something I would encourage! It's not even a terrible router to have for the office. I am going to submit my return. I now use a Mikrotik 2022UiAS-2HnD-IN, which has been operating fine for the past 10 years with no issues, but 5GHz is not sufficient for my needs. That is the only reason I decided to purchase this product. I'm going to look for a different…

    Pros
    • They just do not exist at all!
    Cons
    • Extremely Hot (in the colder months, it can be used as a heating battery) The 5 GHz frequency functions within a radius of 4 meters, and if there is an obstruction, such as a door, the signal will either drop or disappear entirely.

Setting no_country_set and manual_txpower in the Wireless tab in Adwanced mode may help those who are unhappy with the WiFi signal's strength. To me, loading it at home is an impossibility. It made a huge difference in the speed of my network compared to the Zyxel and Asus routers I had been using previously; samba access to my Raspberry Pi 4–based NAS became just lightning quick.

    Pros
    • Performance Stability and strength of dual-band WIFI RouterOS has 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections, with one supporting Power over Ethernet. What you want to do is up to you. Proven methods Quickly ascends Small in scale
    Cons
    • Extremely powerful blue diode, usable as a nightlight. Since my WiFi router is located in my bedroom and prevents me from getting a good night's rest, I found it necessary to update the devices using NetInstaller, which only bothered to upload the firmware when I ran it in Windows 7 compatibility mode. hot o_o So yet, no solution has been found for the satellite set-top box's ongoing connectivity issues; it takes an extremely long time to connect to the service, and it cannot receive data in any form. Torch uses recursion to try all possible port combinations on the server before settling on one. The old waffle didn't have this feature. Everything is fine if I just deliver the news over the phone. Pings are being sent from the set-top box at the same time as there is an active Internet connection.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

The price/quality ratio is great, I will buy again.

The 5GHz Wi-Fi signal was very poor after the quicksetap. I initially messed around with the preferences and did the following: First, manually set the frequency to 5200 (clients can scan free ranges, thus a minimum value is preferable). Two, the United States of America 3. AC only on the 5GHz band 4. 20/40/80 MHz Channel Width XXXX Tx High Power Mode (Advanced Mood) 5. no fluctuation in prices Tx Output Power: 29 dBm Diodes and the Reset button are both turned off by default; to turn them…

    Pros
    • Flexibility Doesn't crash, won't freeze, and keeps its Wi-Fi connection (for three days of use). After configuration, wireless speeds of up to 860 Mbps at 3 meters can be achieved; through load-bearing walls, speeds of 320 to 580 Mbps can be achieved. It has been reported that MUMIMO firmware will soon be available; can you tell me if activation is required, or if it will operate automatically? The original firmware is 6.45.9 (perhaps one of the newest ones), and it has been updated to 6.48.3 and configured. Paid $13,700 for it.
    Cons
    • till the truth was

As always pleased with Mikrotik. Everything works like clockwork if the hands are from the right place. At home, I built a fairly powerful wifi network using cap ac and a capsman controller, roaming works fine. And of course, I want to note the sane cost of this device, different x-links were not even close. Different pros: - 10 gigabit ports - wireless signal quality - the ability to label packages - support for several popular VPN protocols - the ability to build a seamless wifi network using

When buying this equipment, I wanted to improve the wifi connection, as a result, everything remained unchanged :-). Works in conjunction with hab ac, which works flawlessly in terms of 5 GHz frequency. I hope that this is a software problem and will be fixed someday, although so much time has passed since the release of MikroTik RB4011iGS + 5HacQ2HnD-IN and people write about this problem to the Mikrotik support service, only with the release of new versions the situation remains unchanged.

    Cons
    • For those who consider it as a wifi access point, namely wifi ac, I do not advise you to buy. The fact is that the wifi module, which operates at a frequency of 5 GHz, is periodically turned off. The reason is still not clear, they write about it on Western forums, but Mikrotik is silent. The firmware is the latest 6.44.3 (Stable). It gets very hot, I had to do additional cooling .

In the state of operation, it heats up decently enough. It's probably fine for him, but it's quite unpleasant to take hold of the body heated to 45-50 degrees Celsius by hand. However, as I understand it, this is his normal temperature. As for Wi-Fi, which is unstable. Be sure to enable region: 2022 in the module settings. In general, there are several of them, select one of them by enumeration and everything will be fine with Wi-Fi. It's super convenient, of course, to set it up for two…

    Pros
    • Excellent machine. Works great, stable. You can start two providers without problems and switch between them by failover. If hap ac2 is also lying around somewhere, then you can still stick it in as an additional gateway with LTE. Works great with IPv6 from Rostelecom. Gets both an address and a prefix to hand out to internal devices. It is absolutely impossible to set up an IPv6 network with MGTS. But this is provider specific. They have a dual stack configured through one place.
    Cons
    • No built-in USB. It heats up quite noticeably.

The quality is spoiled, the product is bad.

In general, after a chic 2022, this is just a piece of tasteless-smelling substance. Why should the device be positioned for both small business and home, while making it for rooms with good cooling, I don’t understand. Different pros: - Mikrotik, there is nothing more to add here - RouterOS, yes, all the possibilities like everyone else - Calmly pulls 600Mbps Internet Has some cons: - Heated like a boiler, it is very hot - No MU-MIMO in general - At times hangs in the trash - 5 GHz constantly…

Hot. To use a 10Gb port, you need to purchase a module, with the module it allows you to issue 10Gb via a regular 5e cable. At 2m for sure, I don’t need more. You can set up a single WiFi network for several access points - my old Mikrotik router works for me. In a completely reinforced concrete apartment, a very useful option. Some pros: 1. You can customize almost everything that can be customized 2. 10+1x10GB port 3. The only option that works fine with 2 or more providers Its cons: 1. You…

Quite hot, but tolerable, 48C in idle, with POE power and POE return - 51C. Occasionally, it happened a couple of times, WiFi fell off on 5G, the network was visible, but did not distribute ip, it was solved by restarting the interface. Otherwise, my needs are solved without straining, including a couple of dozen devices on the radio, several ipsec tunnels with hardware encryption, etc.

    Pros
    • ROS capabilities, tech. characteristics.
    Cons
    • Quite hot, at idle 48C. Occasionally mopes WiFi 5G.
