Good basic air gun

Good basic blowgun assembled in the USA. But it's a bit small and light (compared to older guns). The lever in particular feels light and cheap. And when you use a hook to hang it, the arm swings back too far, making it a little awkward to grab again. The price is low but I would pay more for a heavier gun if I could find one.

Pros
  • INCLUDES: Non-scratch rubber tip and safety tip to avoid chipping/scratching paint or other thin surfaces.
Cons
  • Something different

Not quite what I thought, but I kept it.

My 20 year old air pistol started leaking so I ordered one of these thinking I would recognize a familiar brand name. The air gun is a bit smaller but I liked it. The problem is that the regular black rubber head we are all familiar with has been replaced with a hard rubber head; The old ones had a 1/8 NPT brass base that screwed into the gun. This is hard rubber including a 1/8NPT threaded end. At only 50psi, it quickly flew out of the gun the first time I used it. I replaced it with an oldโ€ฆ

Pros
  • IDEAL: For removing debris, drying liquids, blowing out plumbing, easily cleaning objects and providing a tight, airtight fit in tight spaces.
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Works but cheaply made.

I have to agree with Michael Lewis Review. They look like cheap air guns. I think they will last a long time. Plastic tip that fits the gun. Not the original rubber, which is cast over brass. The threaded part (mine is bent) is all plastic so I suspect the tip will break if you drop it straight on the tip.I haven't tested it but I suspect the body is cast iron.for their qualities but I'm afraid they're chasing the bottom.I wish companies would identify these things as homemade instead ofโ€ฆ

Pros
  • NPT: 1/4" NPT for air inlet.
Cons
  • Nothing

loose and flexible grip and "threaded " rubber tip that simply blows out

Crap. Milton, what a pity! The valve button on this one isn't retuned - so it just pops like a dangling thing that's never ready to put its thumb on it and walk away. The valve itself leaks a little (typical of them anyway). The deal breaker is the rubber tip. Rather than attaching to a threaded brass base, they decided to just make it out of rubber and hope it stays put. Of course, as others have said (which I didn't read before buying), it blew up and went through the store for the firstโ€ฆ

Pros
  • psi: maximum working pressure of 150. Rubber tip: 12.9 SCFM at 100 PSI. Safety tip: 11.7 SCFM at 100 PSI.
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous
