The best grease gun money can buy. Came with a nice hard case. I like the ability to replace the M18 battery with other tools.

Item as described, well packaged for postage and delivered on time. This should have been done years ago to make it easier to maintain our tools, equipment and machinery on our farm and we are trying to do this more regularly.

I had to return this product because the battery was defective. It won't hold a charge for more than ten minutes of use. After multiple loading errors, the seller issued a full refund. It seems to have worked fine for the 10 minutes I was able to use. I then bought a similar model from Dewalt as I have many Dewalt tools and batteries.

Loved the product until a week ago it just stopped working. I use it every day to lube heavy gear and went to use it and it was dead. He made several other batteries and is dead as a doornail. I take great care of it and always keep it clean and it stays in a case in a closed tool box in my service truck that is never exposed to the elements. I don't know what happened, but he's dead

I've been using it for about 6 months now, no problems. 1 battery is enough for 5 or 6 tubes of lubricant. When changing a tube of lubricant, there are no problems filling it. I bought an extra battery but I don't really need it, the batteries charge quickly. This portable grease gun is worth the money. It has a counter that you can set to make the gun stop pumping after that many draws, and it also has a speed switch to make it swing faster. Great unit in every way.

I've had one like this for several years. Finally stopped working. I ordered a new one from amazon. What mistake. Received a new kit and the battery is not good. Called Milwaukee and they said I had to go through Amazon for warranty repairs. This oil tray does not say "Amazon". It says Milwaukee. If you can't get your hands on it, don't buy it! Completely dissatisfied with Amazon and Milwaukee. One star because they make you give one. Both are rubbish and do not stand for the product.

I have serviced many different pieces of equipment and have had a problem with it being difficult or impossible to keep the coupler on the fitting when priming the grease gun.
