Great for the aquarium in the Substance Analyzer

I have used 2 of these probes in a reef aquarium with an apex controller. They've been running for 2 years and to my surprise they're still going strong. I bought a few more thinking my 2 year olds were bad, but I recalibrated them and they were within 0.02! It's damn good in my book. I swear they last longer than dual-link BRS sensors that leak or fall out of calibration. Will stick with it and save a few bucks. Every little thing helps in my hobby.

Here I think I'll give it a try had a pH problem in my reef tank and decided to buy a new one.I have a matching Milwaukee pH monitor which I think served me well with the old sensor. The old sensor read 7.8 consistently and I just calibrated it before one.So after calibrating it with a solution of Ph 4.0 and Ph 7.01 and :7.8 I installed a new one so seems like they are lasting longer than…

Slower than other electrodes; Suitable for hobbyists

I calibrate this electrode about every 2 weeks (2 times a month) and it works perfectly but after a while the electrodes are (fragile but it worth it if you can afford it) and a Bluelab pH probe ($ and plastic like this but with a double ceramic diaphragm). Choose from even more expensive probes from traditional (and expensive) companies like Thomas Scientific, Cole Parmer etc. I usually go for cheap plastic probes like these, but based on feedback on how Amazon treats Bluelab probes - letting…
