The strap is not long enough to cover the rear window of my 2020 Toy Camry xse. I have the belt on and the latch needs to be in the doorway to close the window so I have to move it so it's right in the car which causes the lid to slide and lets about 6 inches of window through on the driver's side. This also works if you have a very small rear window.

I should have spent extra money on the Frost Guard brand. This rear window cover is very thin and does not completely cover my 2007 Impala's window, the gap at the bottom is about 6 inches. It also has no weighted side bars or magnets, so the wind will pick it up and blow the snow just below. Not what I was hoping for. On the other hand, I spent a little more on the FrostGuard windshield coating and I love it. Get what you pay for I think.

This rear window awning is easy to set up and pack away, yet feels like it's really made for dry snow. After a mixed thunderstorm (snow, sleet and freezing rain) I had to use an ice scraper to clear the frozen snow from the road. Then it turned out that the lid was partially frozen to the jar, making it difficult to remove. Highly recommended for dry snow; Recommended for wet snow, NOT for icy conditions.

Not sure what's going on, the one I received didn't have extended flaps to fit the door. It was just a buckle holding the case from the inside. And we have extra support to hitch it to the wheels. I highly doubt it will withstand strong winds. It fits exactly, not roomy enough so you need to place it exactly the same. The material is very thin and looks a bit cheap. I've had ice cream before and the coating did the job.

I love this windshield cover because it also covers your side mirrors and side windows. If it gets very cold at night and your windows are icy, without this cover you will end up having to de-ice and turn on the defroster and then wait a bit before driving. With this case, all you have to do is take it off and throw it in the trunk and you're good to go. Just wipe dry or hang dry before use.

It's easy enough for me to use. It doesn't quite cover the bottom inch of the windshield, and no matter how I attach it, wind and moisture can get underneath. There can still be frost on the glass in the morning, but much less than without a cover, and the heating elements in the glass melt quite quickly. I love how well it works with snow as all I have to do is take the lid off and shake off the snow. The material and construction are durable and built for long-term use.
