The plates are great, match the box joints perfectly (4). The downside is that the screws are standard #30 Torx screws, not anti-theft screws as the description says.

I have a 2019 F150. You should be aware that the new F150s do not have pre-drilled holes. They come with self-tapping screws. (For those of you who don't know what these are, they are special screws that drill holes when screwed in). You will get an extra screw. They fit perfectly and are very durable. You will need a cordless or corded drill to properly install the screws. The instructions that came with it were helpful. They're all metal. This is a great purchase.

After reading a lot of feedback on the screws that came with this kit, I came up with a plan that worked perfectly. Due to the coating on the screws, the threads are a bit messy and I can see how they will stick and bind. I used my Matco thread repair kit, placed the female thread repair fitting in a vise and screwed each screw through to the stop and then backed them out. (Used a cordless drill at low speed) I then used the male end of the same drill at low speed and threaded it through each…
