Be patient, the result is worth it.

Handy is hard to focus and difficult to set up, but after that the results are amazing. Sharpness and depth of field are excellent.

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Almost ok

Modified Children's Toy: Monocular

Not impressed. My binoculars have the same range and distance. I would go back but kids love to use. Of the pluses only a holder for the phone and a tripod. You can set up and capture motion from your phone.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Long wait

Great for on the go. The phone camera adapter makes this thing shine!

Anyone who says it's junk must have a defective one. That thing rocks! I took photos of high mountains and when connected to your phone you can zoom in quite a bit. The thing is also very good for observing animals. Really not a bad product.

Pros
  • Looks good
Cons
  • Something's wrong

A BIT DISAPPOINTED!

FIRST let me say that the MONOCULAR itself meets my criteria for its usefulness and functionality. IT COST THE MONEY ONLY FOR THE BASIC PURCHASE POINT. THE PROBLEM MAY BE A SMALL PROBLEM BUT YOU MUST CARRY THE TRIPOD SEPARATELY WITH THE PHONE HOLDER TO USE THIS PRODUCT. I THOUGHT THE TOTE BAG WOULD HAVE THE ABILITY TO HAVE ALL THREE ITEMS BUT IT WAS NOT, I WANT TO CARRY THIS SORTED ALL IN ONE BAG SO MY IRRITATION IN THIS REGION IS THE REASON I GAVE THIS ITEM.

Pros
  • easy to read control panel
Cons
  • sad packaging

Easy to use, very convenient and good quality.

I bought this monocular for bird watching because my distance vision is not very good. I won't be able to see it very well so I bought this monocular. A monocular telescope has good magnification. I am very happy that the picture is clear and I can see a bird in a tree 1000 feet away. It's lightweight, easy to use and the phone mount or tripod feels well made and not cheap. If I don't align my eye properly, the display will dim, but I can find the sweet spot fairly easily. The bag that comes…

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Will be added later

At this price you can hardly go wrong. Phone mount is so-so but works.

First of all I wouldn't call it a telescope. The spotting scope is probably more visual. You will not see the moons of Jupiter or the rings of Saturn. You can see some details on the moon if you use a real tripod and are patient. The optics are very clear and the telescope works well even at night. No, this is not a night vision device, but it makes good use of the available light. Focusing is very easy. I find it (for me) more natural to have the focus knob in the 3 o'clock position…

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Contemporary
