🔧 Enhance Suspension Performance: Monroe 902924 Strut-Mate Strut Mounting Kit Delivers Superior Performance Review

I replaced my luggage racks on my Subaru Outback 05 and wanted to complete my new luggage racks with new brackets but had to reuse my old brackets. Due to the fact that the mounting bolts do not fit my car (too small).

Well everything seems fine but I was very disappointed that there were no spring isolators in the kit. Rubber buffers for springs. It's called a kit, but everything you get is pictured, so it's not a kit, just a mount. I notice a slight roughness in the bearing. There can be nothing but being new. Monroe is usually of good quality. the time will show

I bought this support to replace the left side (driver's side). Only 1 week and the strut support failed. Using this poor quality product is a safety hazard! You can see the difference between a good rack mount (right) and a freshly replaced strut mount (left). I've never experienced that with a mount. I'm an Uber driver so I had to replace that junk rack mount a second time which kept me from work.

Update September 17th: A reviewer complained that I don't think you need to verify the correct part to get the actual Monroe part to get. It's very similar to enthusiastically reviewing knee surgery for an implant, but having to operate again because the wrong size equipment was put in. I finally got the correct part of Monroe, the delay wasted a week of my time. Ordered spare parts for various cars.
