Just replaced the struts and front strut mounting kit (combined with Monroe 72281 Sensa Trac), all bought from Amazon at a killer price. The quality is superb and fits like an OEM. Materials of excellent quality. I strongly recommend using them again. The next task, the replacement of the rear shock absorbers. Here comes the Amazon again.

According to my mechanic at Hyundai Sonata, this kit was difficult to install. The kit may need reworking to align everything correctly for faster installation. Glad I didn't try this at home as having a mechanic with all the good tools and a machine on a hydraulic lift 4 hours installing new struts and shocks and front hardware kits was one of the biggest time wasters.

This product is a great replacement for my original Hyundai brackets on my Sonata 09. The only difference is that the spikes are slightly longer than the original and the nuts supplied over the entire length of tread very tight (which is particularly annoying at the longer length). I'm assuming it's self-locking. Aside from that, the product is exactly the same and quite easy to install if you have the right hardware. You will need coil spring compressors to install this product.
