So far, so good. The first set I bought was Timkin

So far so good. The first set I bought was a Timkin, one broke within a year, the other is still working fine. Used Moog parts for many years. Let's see how this camp holds up.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • was damaged

High quality, good price

This part was cheaper than the Timken alternative. The quality of the parts is excellent, including the machined surfaces, which makes installation easier. If my other original wheel bearing fails I will replace it again with this part.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Zero

Hope it lasts.: Bearings and Seals

Moog has a reputation for being a premium brand but this part, like everything else, is made in China these days. Let's hope it wasn't made in the same factory as the short-lived links in the discount auto parts chain, but that's just impossible to know. The real problem is the metallurgy, and I find it unlikely that a factory in China would import good American, Japanese, German, or even Taiwanese steel, which is necessary for the durability of a highly stressed bearing. The time will show…

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Finish
Cons
  • Modern
