Maintains rated ride height

Advantages: Good price. Works like a factory spring, smooth running; good coverage. Cons: No progressive speed that can handle heavier loads. With the 2nd generation CR-V, I wanted to keep the ride height. This narrowed my choices. Moog offers a lower cost replacement for a worn, sagging factory spring. I would go for more progressive spring rates (the ones where the coils change pitch) which would be a bit stiffer under load, but most good spring sets will fall. back an inch or so. In fact…
