So far so good for Control Levers and Parts

I've seen other reviews about it, good and bad. Let's see how it holds up. On my 2005 F 150 XLT with 160,000 miles so far it has been amazing. Most likely, this part will last the rest of the truck's life. For the picky purist, yes, if my truck had 80,000 miles I would upgrade it, but with my mileage I didn't have to be a parts snob.

Fits perfectly.: Control Lever

Worked on my 2012 F-150 FX4. The level set consumed the current ball joint. There are much cheaper wishbones here, but if you can't get a Moog or OEM, you're buying junk, especially if you're up or level. Don't be an idiot like me and be sure to mark the location of the old lever before removing it. In any case, you will need alignment after installation.

It must have been a defect, I pushed the grease nipple through the bottom of the boot and shot the grease that way, although I'm not sure how effective it would be that way. I've used a steel cable tie to secure the bottom of the port cargo and it seems to be holding up well so far. Otherwise I haven't…

Cons
  • Big and bulky

You need CK series parts, NOT RK series parts.

I bought this and RK80306 thinking I was going to buy MOOG parts. These are actual Moog approved OEM parts. I noticed this because the left and right upper wishbones were different. I called MOOG and they explained that if you want original MOOG parts you need to buy CK80306 and CK80308. I ended up buying CK series parts from a parts store here in town and the difference is day and night. The RK series ball joint was easy to move, and one of these was without a castellated nut, unlubricated and
