Perfect for '09 Suburban 2500 4x4

My storage units have been completely destroyed. I read a lot about different brands and finally settled on MOOG because of their reputation for quality. I was able to install this myself on my Suburban 2500 4x4 without too much trouble. I immediately felt the difference and was happy with the work over the last 2,000 miles.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Security

The rattle under my truck is finally gone

I had a terrible rattle under my 2007HD 2500HD. Every time I hit a bump. And I live on a dirt road. It took me a while to realize it was those fenders. Worth the $. After installation the noise was gone. The truck has 160,000 km. Installation was easy. Jacked up the car and put it on jackstands. Remove the old one with a nut, install the new one. YouTube has great installation videos. Super easy to do.

I love Moog parts! on Shocks, Struts & Suspension

New parts in the background and what's left of the factory bumpers up front. I have a 2008 3500HD Silverado with a double 181,000 miles. I have no idea how long the bumpers have been broken, but I'm guessing it's been a long time. The Moog part is made from much tougher rubber than the factory parts and is designed to last longer. I've always had good results with Moog parts and tend to buy them if they have a 'problem solving' version of the suspension part.

Pros
  • Good product for the price

I feel connected to the road again.

I had no idea how the lack of bumpers would affect the handling of this big 2003 Burb 2500 car. I figured as long as I don't hit rock bottom the damage doesn't matter, check out Jared's pics, mine looked the same. Now the front end feels connected to the road, bumps are softer, there's no rumble or chatter like before. If they cost $70 I don't know, but they worked. Prior to installation the steering felt fidgety, I've only driven around the neighborhood, but the steering feels more stable and…
