Works well with shocks, struts and suspension

Installation was a lot easier than I thought. I installed it on a 2001 Ford Ranger. Cabin 4x4. Worked well and made alignment easier.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • boring packaging

Not the best in shock absorbers, struts and suspension

I've tried everything in various ways and I'm not satisfied, I think it doesn't fit perfectly even though Revane said it would fit my 2000f - 150 and this kit is for one wheel only, if you want to align your front wheel you have to buy 2 of them

Pros
  • Pleasing
Cons
  • So far so good

Super satisfied! Suitable for spare parts

Rescuer! I had very bad Ranger pitch and the driver's side was too low. I changed the springs and that helped, but with this kit everything was perfect. The driver's side was far away and had to be completely customized with this kit. The passenger side was not badly damaged. Helped my workshop set up caster/camber perfectly. Excellent purchase!

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Not suitable for everyone

Frustrating to get the right kit

I was a little disappointed in ordering the part, the item claims it was for a 1999 Ford Ranger which is my claim but I have a set of camber bolts (twice) specially marked for a GM vehicle and therefore do not fit. I ordered each set individually, the first one was correct. A set of GM camber bolts was produced on the second and third orders.

  • Best
Cons
  • Very expensive

Another great Moog product

I replaced the two upper control arms on my 1999 Ford Ranger 4x4 and used these new bolts to install so the mechanics could adjust them when I got my truck back in the track brought. Standard bolts are not easy to adjust and may be required when replacing control arms. Moog make great products and they aren't too expensive so you just save time because the alignment experts tell you they can't adjust camber and caster because of the old bolts and try to charge you for the installation. I highly

Alignment is now back in specification.

I was finally able to get the front camber not only to spec but to the exact angle I wanted. And that's thanks to those standoffs. I really couldn't adjust them with my stock bolts on my Ranger 99 as they were basically just square plates and not round like on these. Just note that one box only contains 2 cam screws for one side. If you want to get it right and get the alignment where it should be you need to order 2 of these. Luckily it's the same part number required for both driver andโ€ฆ

  • Pretty impressive

Facilitates camber adjustment

These screws are relatively easy to insert. The oval shape of the threads on the nut makes tightening difficult, but it's not too bad. I'm pretty sure this is to keep the nuts from loosening over time. The wheel aligner will appreciate this kit if you install it before you drop off the car. Without an eccentric, the factory setting is very difficult. I was able to quickly "adjust by eye" on one side of the truck where the tire leaned a little, and it was much better once I reinstalled the wheel

  • practical item

Why didn't Ford fit them from the factory?

I wish I'd read the reviews saying they were needed after replacing the upper control arms and lower ball joints on the 2001 Ranger. It's ok, just had to take the top screws out of the top arms and put them back in. Very easy installation. It took longer to tighten the screws in a tight space. All in all, I'm wondering why they weren't stock on the Ford Ranger. After attaching, make sure to level your car! Before aligning with the front numbers, my truck was all red. after that they alignedโ€ฆ

2011 Ford Ranger Fits Header Parts

I have a 2011 Ford Ranger. I had problems with front tire wear in the tires. I bought new wheels and tires before leveling the truck. After getting new wheels/tires I bought a JDM 2/3 lowering kit. I spoke to JDM and they said the Ranger should have an adjustable control arm. I checked and there are non-adjustable square blocks. I went online and found that most people use these Moog camber pins. I also found that Amazon has the best prices. You will need 2 sets, 1 set per side. Upper controlโ€ฆ
