Great food for our feathered friends!

Based on my observations, this bird food has been a hit with the local bird population. The variety of seeds, fruits, and nuts seems to attract a wide range of bird species to our backyard feeders. The packaging is also convenient for easy storage. However, the relatively high price compared to other bird food options in the Pet Supplies aisle may be a drawback for budget-conscious bird enthusiasts.

Pros
  • Attracts a variety of wildlife to your yard, including birds, squirrels, and chipmunks.
Cons
  • Some customers have reported that the seed can attract unwanted pests such as raccoons and skunks.

Squirrels will leave your feeders alone!

If the squirrels in my garden could talk I think they would tell you they loved it. Here's the deal, some would say to hell with squirrels. They can become irritated near bird feeders. But we believe that if you feed the birds, you should also feed the squirrels. They also leave the bird feeders alone. I bought an Adirondack style chair that has a corn wagon in the middle. They hang out there and eat and honestly have fun.

Pros
  • 6.5 lb bag
Cons
  • High Price

The squirrels seem to like it.

Squirrels love this brand of dried corn but I doubt I would order again. When the package arrived there was a crash when I brought the box. A good chunk of corn fell off the ears that were in the bag. Another thing is that it is difficult to attach the ear to a long screw on the feeder. Our previous brand was softer in the middle and glided easier. Eventually, the kernels will look shriveled on the cob, as if old corn has been used.

Pros
  • For use in a cob or stake feeder
Cons
  • Modern
