This is terrible. They worked fine for a while but now it's almost impossible to unlock/lock them. Last time on the pump I figured I'd have to rip it open with large pliers because I couldn't get the locking mechanism to disengage. Last MotoRad product I will ever buy.

These caps were fine. I used one on my 1998 Dodge truck and one on my 1995 Chevy G30. While this has nothing to do with Revain, the packing slips state that the item was "physically handed over to the buyer". Well, the test showed it was a lie. The rest of the product works as it should. giggle

I bought this pair for my Chevy pickup and Volvo S-80 sedan. Imagine my delight that I was able to protect BOTH the car's gas tanks with ONE shared key! Well done. Solved the Volvo Check Engine light problem and let me lock my Chevy tank - two birds with one stone, one hundred and five stars!

Our 2017 Toyota ran out of gas. Despite the gas lock, they got in. We put that cap on and got to work. The next day after lunch the check engine light came on. I removed the cover and put the old one back, after 10 starts the Check Engine light went out. No information about it except "works". I think I need to buy elsewhere.

Bought to fit a Tiffin RV and works great. Update: They were installed on a Tiffin RV and lasted a year. Then I couldn't get the key to turn and open one of the covers. I called MotoRad and spoke to ED and he told me the only option I had was to get channel locking pliers and snap off the top of the caps. They only have a one year warranty so I threw my money away. I will never buy anything from MotoRad again!

I ordered these for my 1995 F-150 after someone bled two full tanks (ouch!) . I had no problem locking the caps and unlocking the caps etc on the first try, second try, third try etc. The simple technique is not a problem. I like that both lids have the same key. You look strong enough. I just hope they keep the gas thieves at bay! Another good thing: I still have enough room to keep the stock gas cap strapped into the gas choke door. So if I loan the truck to someone and they are just too…
