The ease to use interface allows for quick setup with minimal training required from our staff - which was critical as we had no previous experience in this space or product line! The ability to integrate with many different tools is the best thing about this product. It's a great tool for monitoring our business applications in real time. We like its ability to pull data from other sources as well. I wish it was more powerful and had more features. It's very basic at this time.
