Purchased February 2018, fitted late March as some work is required to fit. In October 2018 the signal switch started shorting and now it's December and the turn signals don't work at all. Therefore, to avoid a fine or cause a serious accident, I have to go to the parts store to get a new one. It's twice the price, but it comes with a lifetime guarantee. I'm not a mechanic so not sure if this is a repairable item but with 2 hours to remove it I might as well replace the whole unit.

The plastic is well made, feels good and has appropriate labels. It just doesn't work. The cable was pulled straight out of the connector on the flash drive. I didn't notice until I reattached it and started routing the straps along the steering column. If you've ever made one of these replacements, you know how time-consuming and frustrating it can be, so you don't want to finish it only to find Chinese quality ruined your day.
