I recently adopted a little Podenko who's more secretive than a ninja. Although this collar was designed for cats, it fits her perfectly (the measurements are correct!). LOOOVE this lovely light weight Necoichi Chirimen collar for my kitten. It is so light that the kitten does not bother when carrying it. (This is her first collar.)
