I have ordered 2 of these. You are boring. so blunt that they bend before cutting. Are they even from Nemco? It's a kind of cheap fake blade. So boring you can't even cut a tomato right out of the box. DO NOT BUY

I started using this for commercial purposes. Right out of the box the glue holding the pins fell off and the pin fell out and the blades fell off. When they came back, everything worked great! I cut 6-8 tomatoes every other day for a month and now it's too boring to use without crushing the tomatoes. waste of money.

When I took it out of the box both pins securing the sheets to the end rails fell out and spilled all 13 sheets on the floor as I jumped back over them not to cut me Apparently there were tiny blobs of ineffective hot glue trying to hold it together. Hot glue is not recommended for tools that can be exposed to high temperatures during disinfection, as it will easily melt.
