Sturdy - good for my DIY projects

This tongue and groove router kit worked well on some of my DIY projects - generally easy projects but they produced nice smooth grooves in wood. Well made with solid construction - hardened steel body with 1/4" shank. Works well for my needs.

From this set I made a pair of barn doors

Well this is a unique thing. This mortising and grooving cutter set has a unique feature. It comes with several shims that allow you to (slightly) adjust the position of the tongue and groove to better suit the size (thickness) of the wood you are working with. You can adjust the position of the cutting blades by up to 1mm using all the shims provided. This may not sound like much, but it can save you a lot of sanding or planing work. Set of 2 carbide tipped tongue and groove bits with pilot bearing, 1/4 " shank

the right bits and they're sharp as they are. When working in wood, I need properly sharpened, high-speed bits with Tungsten Carbide (TC) blades so they stay sharp when cutting wood, chipboard, or MDF. This cutter set includes 2 1/4" sharp shank TC cutters and 3 wing cutters specifically designed for tongue and groove routing.
