Don't waste your money on this 5 gallon leak proof gas canister.

The 5 gallon No-Spill 1450 gas cylinder arrived broken. The filler cap does not close properly and liquid leaks out. We noticed that the gas cap is not perfectly round, but rather oblong in shape, which means that the rubber seal on the cap seals tightly. Don't waste your money on a No-Spill 1450 gas cylinder.

Leaked on first use!

I saw this item at a local hardware store and was considering buying a gas canister. When I got home my neighbor had the same jar and was amazed at how much he liked it and ended up buying a second one. I liked the simplicity of the fit. I ordered one and was glad I could finally get rid of the swivel and screw nozzle. Unfortunately, when using a gas cartridge for the first time, fuel leaked between the black cap and the yellow nozzle. I removed the cover to check for obstructions or cross…

It used to be a great product, changing the filter ruined it!

I used to tell my friends that this is the right gas cylinder for extra fuel on our sea adventures. I have been using 3 glasses for more than 2 years without any problems. Had an accident, lost 2 OG no-spills and got some new versions. I went from excitement to anger. Whoever designed the new filters never attempted to fill those tanks with gasoline. It shuts off constantly, making filling up with 5 gallons of gas a real nightmare. I had to rip out the filters to use these new gas cartridges…

The supplier is not responsible for the guarantee

Guarantees are just words until they are confirmed. You can read reviews about the tendency of these tips to leak here and on the replacement tips page. Two years later my nozzle started leaking and luckily the canister was in the back of my car so good times! The glass is in the shed or in my car, used once, sometimes twice a week, so the conditions aren't difficult. But okay, they have a guarantee, I replace the nozzle and life goes on. This requires a reply to my email which never arrived…

You're better off with 5.1 gallon milk jugs!

I am shocked that this "gas canister" is rated over 4 stars. This was by far the most pointless purchase I've made on Revain.com since I started shopping at Revain many years ago. This thing flows like crazy - it even blows gas out of the button area! Now I've used up a lot of gas canisters. I understand the internal seal, proper nozzle tightening, etc. In other words, this is NOT user error. It's a seriously defective piece of plastic. It also fills up very slowly due to its size, so you'll be

THE PRODUCT IS WASTE. BUT I INSTALLED IT

This gas bottle is leaking like crazy! I bought 3 of these and each one leaks between the yellow nozzle and the black cap. But. I fixed them all for about 5 cents. Something a manufacturer could do for everyone. THE SOLUTION: I took one of my wife's hair ties and used a flat head screwdriver to tuck the hair tie behind the black cap and under the yellow spout. The reason they leak, especially when pressure is applied to the spout, is because there is no gasket between the two parts. This is an…

No shedding? more like a slow spill.

I wanted to like it, I really did. The quality of the container is good and the button spout works very well. It's hardly a spill, however, unless I'm using it very incorrectly (I'm sure someone will tell me it is). My first fill up left a spray of gas running down the side of my bike, with a puddle below it almost as big as the bike itself (although it's only a Grom). I was standing right next to him at the time, so I didn't notice until I filled the tank and walked away. Natural gas is…

Despite many bad reviews, I chose this jar because I thought the nozzle design was too good to pass up and I'm happy to share my satisfaction with you along with a few tips on how to use it be able. Having bought an awful 5 gallon model that had problems with leaking lids (according to other reviews) I was relieved to find mine came with a gasket and despite some rigorous testing it didn't leak. I would give it almost 5 stars but there are a few things to look out for so it's not perfect out of
