The quality of my sleep has greatly improved since purchasing this sound machine. The sound is so calming and I love the volume adjustment. Such a great purchase. I’m also a therapist and this brand is great for use outside the door of therapy sessions to help with privacy.

This is a great color on the standard sound machine. I have a nosey roommate, and this works perfectly. He cannot hear my conversations through my hollow bedroom door, when it’s on the loudest setting.

This was the first one I purchased but I’ve gotten 3 because of it. I live on the second story of a three story building and my downstairs neighbors had a baby and my upstairs neighbors have school age kids and a dog. Between the two I couldn’t sleep. The Dohm classic has been around for years and I would not try anything else for noise blocking. It’s great for studying, meetings or anything needed for blocking excessive noise.

We’re a family that has been using these types of Sleep machines for decades now. We have one in every single room of the house including our guestroom. We had bought this one for our daughter in pink, but are extremely disappointed when it quit working after seven months. It has not been dropped or hurt in any way and it’s only been sitting on top of her bookshelf. Very disappointing!

We really like the Yogasleep Dohm Classic (Pink) white noise machine. It is well constructed and serves it's intended purpose. Operation is simple - you select OFF, HIGH, or LOW. And then you twist the top frame to set the pitch of the whitenoise. Bought this because of having a small apartment layout with the bathroom right off of the bedroom, as well as my partners small office. We needed sound dampening for the bathroom use as well as when she is doing zoom calls. It's not as loud as we expected it to be but it covers up most of the sounds we want covered up. I can sleep through her calls without being woken up and normally while awake I only hear slight noises but nothing I can make out. Helpful for privacy during therapy. Very glad…

I've used these for years in my therapy work; this is the first time I've bought one for myself. Since COVID came along and I switched to working from home, I've noticed how noisy my apartment building is during the day. Buying this and putting it by the front door reduces the impact of the noise outside and minimizes how much someone may be able to hear of my conversations with clients. My kids have grown up with their Dohm sound machines since they were babies and always travel with them. We’ve wanted one for our room but never got around to ordering one. When I saw this blush pink one I ordered it right away. From the first night, I noticed that I sleep so much better with it! I don’t think I’ll ever sleep without it again.

I had the original, and yes like other reviewers this is a slightly different sound. But it's still far and beyond better than anything else on the market. I need something that blocks the sound all night, and this can be used continuously. The sound is still great quality and at this point I can't sleep without it.

While it is a nice looking white noise machine, it is too soft to block any noise, at least for me. I kept wondering why the volume stopped at such a low volume. The reviews felt misleading to me, because they reported the sound of the white noise blocked out the noise. Now, I feel like to have to return it because I was anticipating it could eradicate sound.
